running shoes are the heaviest, most rigid and most durable running shoes with the maximum amount of medial support, ideal for overpronators as it provides more stability and support for the inner foot.
Cushioned shoes typically have more advan shoes. This shoe type is designed for supinators.
Running Shoes
Lightweight shoes, or trainers, are designed for racing and speed work shoes, with its deep-lugged soles, are designed for rough footwork or rigorous terrain. Its features include aggressive traction, water shoes have lower profiles for added stability and are accompanied with toe bumpers for added protection. They are usually made of waterproof materials for bad weather conditions.
